Chefs Pantry is pleased to announce the arrival of a new addition to our family of machines a FAM Centris.
This machine cuts julienne / matchstick products very accurately and in big volumes.
It also slices vegetables far more accurately than our existing machines.
Due to the sharpness of the blades and the accuracy of the cut, the presentation and the shelf life of each product will improve, with the added benefits of reducing offcuts and bruising to the products.
