Made with protein rich flour, layered with high grade unsalted butter to ensure a light and flaky texture with a golden pastry. Croissants need to be proved prior to baking. Carton contains 40 chocolate croissants.

Description
Its simple; -Defrost at room temperature for approximately 20 minutes (until product starts to soften). Place product in a humid proofer at 28° C for 90 minutes or until it is ready for your baking requirements. Alternatively, cover with a damp cloth (to avoid going dry) and leave overnight at room temperature. Baking – Pre-heat oven to required temperature (170° C 200° C) before inserting product. – Place tray in pre-heated oven and bake until golden brown (15 20 minutes).
