What is yeast?
Yeast is a single celled organism which aids the fermentation process of bread making. This single cell organism acheives a number of things including:
1. Adds a typical yeast flavour to bread
2. Aids in bread expansion (rise)

How do I use Fermex dried yeast?
Add the yeast directly in with the flour, it can also be sprinkled on top of the dough when mixing. Due to the quality of this product it allows for a speedy and uniform absorption within the dough.

​How do I store Fermex dried yeast once its open?
Reseal the open packet of yeast with tape and place inside an airtight tuppperware container. This container can then be stored in the fridge or freezer.
