Description
Incorporate Saf-instant The Original Gold yeast directly into the flour or at the beginning of kneading. With its easy dispersion, and its rapid and homogeneous assimilation into the dough, Saf-instant yeast allows an optimal fermentation.
The yeast must be stored in a dry place and away from heat.
After opening the sachet, the product must be used within 48 hours or sealed and stored in the fridge, and used within 8 days.
It is not necessary to rehydrate the product before use.
Do not put the product directly in contact with ice or iced water.
