Pricing

This website does not provide pricing. Chef’s Pantry caters to a diverse range of clients, including retail food businesses, restaurants, Private Customers and food manufacturers, each with varying volume and service needs that influence pricing.

If you are interested in receiving our prices or a quote on a range of products it can be offered through the following options. Call our office or send an email detailing the products you require. Request a product and price list through our website. Setup an account on this webpage and add products to your basket. In the notes section, please write “I would like a quote on these products”.

For business accounts please contact one of our representatives. We offer custom prices based on the range, volume and service needs of your order and requirements.

Business customers can order products through a variety of ways

We deliver Monday to Friday across Melbourne.

Please Note - We have a $250 minimum order for delivery or a delivery fee will be charged.

Deliveries to Regional Victoria are conducted through our approved refrigerated courier. Most Regional Victoria and Southern NSW areas are serviced three times per week. Please contact us for a delivery schedule. Please Note - Regional Victoria deliveries may take an extra day. Please confirm the delivery schedule with our team.

The order process is simple

You can place orders through this website, order over the phone, or by sending an email.

Chefs Pantry works with a number of ordering platforms (please contact us to find out who we work with).

Place your order before 3.30 PM the day prior to delivery.

Please Note – some of our product range requires extra notice. We will notify you if we cannot deliver the product for next day delivery.

Order Details

When ordering please ensure we have your Name, Business Name, Chef / Site Contact, Phone Number and Address. Please include the delivery date.

Out of Stocks

If there are any Out of Stock or stock supply issues our service team will inform you directly.

Delivery Time

If there are any issues with delivery times our service team will inform you directly.

NSW, Queensland, South Australia and Tasmania Deliveries

Yes, we deliver to businesses interstate
  • Chef’s Pantry sends fresh & frozen freight interstate daily.
  • However, due to delivery costs products are ordered & delivered in pallet quantities.
  • Chef’s Pantry can supply half pallets, mixed products on the pallet(s) to reduce the impact of freight charges.
  • Freight is charged on all interstate deliveries.

Private & Non-Business Customers

No Private Homes
  • Please Note – We do not deliver to private homes however non-business customers can pick-up orders directly from our factory in Braeside, during business hours.
  • Ordering is simple. Call or email us with your requirements and we will respond with a quote.
  • Before collecting your order our friendly staff will take payment and advise you of collection time.

Business and Private (Non-Business Customers)

Mail Order Product
  • Yes, we do mail order for our range of shelf stable (non-refrigerated) products.
  • If you see a product in our range that is shelf stable (not refrigerated or frozen) we can usually send it to you across Australia.
  • Please contact our office via phone or email to order the product(s) and we will organise freight (additional cost) and delivery to you.

Accounts & Payment

Chef’s Pantry offers accounts to approved business.

Invoices are supplied with every order. GST is charged where applicable.
Chef’s Pantry does accept credit card payment over the phone (note charge applies) or payment by bank transfer.
Customers picking up orders can pay on pickup or pre-pay.
