DRIZZLE OVER:Grilled fish or steak,Cured meats,Pizza,Roasted or grilled asparagus,Pan fried polenta,Saut’82ed or oven roasted potatoes,TOSS with: pasta,STIR INTO:Mash Potatoes,Chicken Salad,Scrambled eggs,Risotto,ADD TO: Vinaigrette,Pasta,Sauces,Mushroom dishes such as sauteed mushrooms or mushroom tarts. Use black truffle oil for salads with strong greens and strong cheeses, and smoked or cured meats. Use white truffle oil for salads with soft, tender greens and more delicate flavours.
