Prestige Mushroom Sauce is made using Prestige Classic Chicken Stock, white wine, button mushrooms and thyme. It is a classic Chasseur style sauce, lighter in colour and has a delicate flavour of mushroom and thyme. – Serve with chicken or red meat dishes.
